riot has been doing good but overlooked one thing. why?

riot has been doing a fantastic job with the changes so far for season 5 but i feel that there's one thing that they are overlooking maybe because its not that serious but im just saying it would be nice. Changing the theme for the loading screen before you get to play you know where everyone is loading up. It just feels to stall to me for this season like everything is upgraded the champs (splash and in game visual) the new rift (beautiful job riot) even the home page with its new features so have a just stall black screen that does not even take up the whole page that we had for some years now is just to bland for this new season i think it should change what do you guys think?
