I have noticed a very large discrepancy in player skill when comparing regular ranked matchups and promotion matchups....
Is there a difference when calculating who you play with during promotions compared to your regular ranked matchups? Seems like there is to me.

More proof.... My recent team - Silver 1 0LP mostly losses and probably getting demoted soon, Silver 1 0LP mostly losses and probably getting demoted soon, Gold 3 39LP mixed wins/defeats, Gold 5 15LP mostly defeats and myself Gold5 86 LP at the time.... Prior to this unbalanced matchup...
VS
Silver 1 94LP mostly wins, Gold 4 40LP, Gold 5 89LP mixed win/defeat, Silver 1 100LP with 80% win ratio, Gold 3 54LP mixed win/defeat.....
So first of all, their Silver 1's are massive winning streaks and mine are on massive losing streaks.... Advantage other team just from that....
Secondly, we have 1 Gold3 and 2 Gold5's while they have 1 Gold3, a Gold4, and a Gold5.... close enough, sure... however, once again, the other teams performance is obviously better... so they have added yet another advantage to the team that already has an advantage....
I assume blue side is for the weaker team? I am not a godly player by any means, so what's this mean? I'm expected to carry this? or my losing streak comrades are supposed to against the winning streak opposition?
Riot fix this, it's pissing me off.
