Will Riot Make this month special?

my thought is that baron has some shiny hats on him so.... why wont we make the summoner rift more in christmas spirit? besides its all about the chilly ice and slippery snow right now right?

THIS IS WHAT CAME TO MY HEAD:

first of all snow!!! second some spells affect the area, for example ignites melts nearby snows and ice. or maybe teleport becomes white and crystalized. third what if the river is frozen? killing the 2 bug would cause them to dig a snow spot. the blue buff would give you a hat. the red buff would give you some decorations smiting champs or monsters would cause "FREEZING" reactions. the runepage would be looking older and more "santa's list" like. dragon would breath blue shiny flares. baron would break some ice when it releases some of its tentacles. the snowdown skins would make some great effects too. also they could make more more more more cozy but not too colorful decorations grasses would have some snow. a candle ward skin! nexus would make some snowy explosions around it and causes snow on victory, but hailing at defeat. also the winter wonder login theme music would be a great background for some events. summoner rift have some effects on long range minions looking like they are having a snowball fight! getting the dragon would make some tiny gifts fall on you getting the baron would make some big gifts falling on you also the victory and defeat banners are icy.

i may not make a good picture right now but some might understand my opinion. YEAH! i wish people would agree but everyone has there own eyes to wipe at.
