GREEN BUFF
I got a idea. Riot should create a green buff that regen health, like the blue buff that regen mana. DRAGON should be the perfect monster to take the green buff.

Baron already gives health regen
This is exactly like dota, dota has runes that spawn, the red being haste, blue being double damage, purple being invis, yellow being illusion and green being regen. This sounds exactly like the dota's regen rune but in buff form
I think an HP regen buff would be interesting, but not on dragon. When you kill drag, you get teamwide gold already. Making drag give a buff, too, would make an early dragon too powerful, IMO.

Well red has pinning down capabilities, and blue helps abilities. Baron is a team buff and it should not be considered as a jungling buff. So there are a few things missing for the junglers. A sustain buff would be nice, but having an easy camp with it would make it the obvious first buff for junglers, so dragon works. Maybe dragon could give health regen and lifesteal, and even have it hegen health really fast and provide some movement speed for a few seconds to reward a player for not running at the sight of an enemy champ. I always hated how i would see the enemy jungler and hurry up and kill dragon, and then just die. That and it is the second biggest camp, and it's the only camp in the top 6 that doesn't provide a buff.
I like the idea of having a single person reward for dragon, so I vote yes.
If you were to get all buffs- green, blue, and red- you'd have CDR, both health AND mana regen, and not to mention DoT that slows down enemies. Plus, Dragon rewards, unlike blue and red buffs, apply to everybody on the team, so you'd have up to 5 people with bonus health regeneration.
Dragon is contested enough as it is- there's no reason to give the team that gets it an even bigger advantage.
Technically every large monster offers health upon death. I would see a green buff having a place possibly if there were no immediate health regen (that swish of health) after each large monster kill. Of course then early jungling would become much more hazardous and those who have the "green buff" would be able to jungle safer.
That's the red buff is for kid. We don't really need another buff like that as we already have 2 on map.
A green buff had already existed on Twisted Treeline along with a grey buff. The green buff was given by a large wolf camp and granted attack speed and CDR while the grey buff granted movement speed from a ghast camp.

I vote no because, as others brought up, it starts making it too much like Smite and You already get sustain from jungle and when i jungle i always just buy pots because IMO they are really good in jungle and it would make jungle even more over powered

I don't think that would be a great Idea just because jungle is already a little bit OP and unbalanced during the laning phase. Plus baron already gives health so I vote no.

Maybe make it a randomized buff system so that the first buff spawn would always be red and blue but from then on, the buffs would either switch out with another type in an alternating fashion or be completely randomized. That might also influence who gets what buffs. IDK just thinking out loud.
