I wish matchmaking for Doombots was better

I'm seriously tired of going like 4/2/4 in the first 20 minutes, while I have a teammate (of lower skill level) go 1/8/2. I looked up the players from my last 2 games, and found that there doesn't appear to be ANY skill preferential for matchmaking.

And yet these bronze (or sub-bronze) skill players are queuing for the 5-bomb doom bots and completely ruining any chance of winning.

Is the only way to actually beat the doom bots to make 5 man premades, so you're guaranteed players of Silver or higher skill?

Bot queue's have no matchmaking. They probably never will. Since this is a bot queue, just deal with it.

How about, instead of "deal with it", those of us who want to play special map modes with people of our own skill level speak up, and voice our concern to Riot?

It can't change if people don't speak up. And you can just deal with that.

I got a response from a Red a long time ago about matchmaking and bots. It's not a big enough concern to ever be added, essentially. It's not that special modes don't have it. Ones that use normal queue's do. But, this is a bot queue, and bot queue matchmaking isn't something Riot has any intention of adding.

In the time it would take them to make it, this mode will have been long gone, as well.

-Pick a champion that scales well off of attack speed or attack damage (basically anybody with pushing power) -Bring Teleport -??? -Profit

This fails when your other lanes go 0/13. 1v5 you can't win vs Doom Bots. Even vs Intermediate bots, 1 player can't carry. But fewer people lose their lane to Intermediate bots.

Then help your other lanes if they're struggling so that you can get all the lanes shoving early.
