My idea for a new game mode

So i'm thinking of either 1 of 2 things, #1 being a mode where max lvl is 6, so it takes forever to lvl but also you gotta be really careful with the champs you pick since lvl 6 would be the max, it could be for SR or a ARAM map mode where max lvl is 3 hahah :D
