Why do people keep suggesting this?
Just because you like teambuilder doesn't mean everyone else does. Frankly, in general I find that people in teambuilder suck at the game overall, as they either only know their role and can't react to moves made by other roles, or because they're trying out something new (or someone on free rotation) and want to make sure they get what they want.
Draft is what there is in ranked, so you're better off playing Draft once you have enough champs. Besides, maybe I want to play a variety of roles (you should, you'll have to in ranked and it will give you a better understanding of how to play your preferred role) and am willing to get stuck as support in 10% of my games but get queued 10x faster.
Just ban all the people who troll and refuse to communicate/work with the team and let the maybe 200 people that remain play :p. Okay not seriously there, but really the fact that you get the odd troll or person who insta-locks, that's their problem and they're going to be a problem no matter what happens. I'd rather them be in a different queue :)
