It's posts like this that confirm to Riot not to keep this mode permanently... why do you do this.

is pretty useful too. I haven't tried any other summoners yet though. I would imagine all summoners would still be at least somewhat useful with an 80% CDR except for

Charge rate reduced to 30 seconds from 75 seconds.
Cooldown between charges reduced to 10 seconds from 15 seconds.
If you have a champ that can jump around a lot, exhaust is better than flash. There's always that one opponent that's brutally fed.
Increase number of Bans to 5 each, 1 ban for each person. Or just 5 bans each. Lots of champs will get removed opening the pool for other champs. We are all try hards to some degree, I like having fun, i've laughed when i lose, and it doesn't phase me much.
Some comps just get slaughtered by others and that's fine, I've been on the side of slaughtering too (while mainly being the one who gets most kills)
I've had my fun either way, just like aram. It just gives us more to play...variety please.
