New Game Mode

So i had a dumb idea for a game mode. Lemme know what you think. Each person gets to make their own champ. And by this i mean. U pick a champ from the game and then pick the abilities, passive, etc. So you customize your own champ. Pretty much you can have a Katarina with jinx passive so she runs a trillion miles an hour at u after a kill or assist but she would lose her passive in the process and could have any other ability. Ult and all. This is kinda far fetched and i was tired when i thought of it but i think it could have potential with the right feedback. So lemme know if you think its a good idea or if im just dumb.
