Create a Scenario mode

Hey riot this is just an idea, it would be fun for players as well as helpful for pro play. Create a mode for summoners rift where before the game the game creator can edit how many towers are down, how much gold each player has, dragons and such. How would this be helpful for the community? Well it will allow players to create more custom game modes or other things that the community to have fun with.

However the biggest bonus would be for pro teams and skrims, how? well it will allow a team who says is really bad at end game to negotiate a chance to just start a game in the end game already. How about trying to learn to play from behind? It would allow those teams to set that up as well. Maybe both teams want to practice siege and the other wants to practice fending off sieges? There we go! this suggestion is obviously aimed at the pro scene and would really allow them to maximize practice sessions even if it is against in house competition being able to create custom scenarios even if its just for towers and gold and other such things being able to practice those scenarios will only improve the scene as a whole.

Anyway that's really the biggest thing I see that needs to be added at the moment to the game.
