I think it would be a pretty fun and cute easter egg for a while. Or maybe just on certain holidays or something.

i believe the closest easter egg to the idea you are proposing is that when a Sion kills a Zyra or Zyra kills Sion they gain an additional 2 gold (that was before the sion rework so I do not know if that still applies)
