New game mode idea

Alright me and my friends like to talk about this every once and a while, but for an april fools game mode or something you need to make it so that every champ is the same, except that every spell works the same, but hits like a teemo shroom, it would be wonderful think about it. Ult teemo shrooms entire team, ult teemo shroom aoe coming off of allies, arcane shrooms past the front line, to shoot teemo shrooms some hiting minions some not, Stuns, Poisons and slows who gives a damn, ulti is a big aoe poison stun slow, his w and e would stack poison and the poison along with the natural aoe is affected by

Rolls in, hit em as a shroom, WOULD BE STEALTHED TWICE!!!

This needs to happen you can't even doubt that this is a really good idea
