New Player-Made Customized Game Mode

Hello, I just thought of this game mode with my friends a while back and thought I could try just to put it out there. It is sort of a 'border wars', where Blue team is defending their border, and red team is trying to get in. This is just a thought, remember. This is based on the Summoner's Rift map. Blue team (Defenders) may build whatever they wish to stop the invaders. The Red team, (Border Jumpers) can only build movement speed items and wards. The Blue team may play as any champion they want to, where as the red team may NOT play a champion that can teleport or dash a very long distance (i.e. , ) BUT they may grab teleport and some wards if they want to get back over.
