So, my brother and I are having a problem where a lot of particles/visual effects are blue textured.

This isn't just for me either, my brother's having the same thing and we have completely different computers and graphics settings.

List of things that I noticed are blue:

• Jinx's Auto-Attacks(rockets and bullets) and her ult
• Lilypads and Dragonflies in river
• All minion Auto-Attacks
• Pieces that fall off of tower when it gets damaged, and the top of the stump leftover from a broken tower
• Sona's spells/visual effects around her, but NOT her auto-attacks
• Sion's "dash" particles when he ults
• Gnar's Boomarang when he throws it.

Anyone else having any similar issues or know what's up?
