You want everything to make sense right? So why not make a minion spawn animation, it doesnt have to be anything amazing you could just make some sort of flash when they spawn or make them appear out of the ground or something im no animator.
I've always been a fan of having little doors or gates on the nexus that the minions open up and walk out of. Just something small they could add to the Nexus. They wouldn't have to change the minion spawn animation just have the doors/gates match the exit point and have the opening animation timed right to match the spawn as it is now.
I couldn't find the discussion, but a previous Red Post said that Riot did eventually want to create minion spawn animations. But, with everything else going on in getting the map out, I think that will take a backseat for now.

It would be cool if a portal opened and they steped out, or the nexus was like a factory or the nexus housed them.
I agreee one hundred percent, having the minions appear out of nowhere has been irking me since season 1, a little flash or hint at where they are coming from would be nice :)
why not right, it would be cool
