teambuilder for ranked games???

as a player of league of legends i recently started playing ranked and i find it slightly annoying when a team loses because someone doesn't get their favorite role and they do poorly i would like this to be a discussion about wether or not there should be a ranked teambuilder and if it would be useful or not and if it is maybe riot might create it

normal que times are already years long, now you want ranked team builder? almost NO ONE will be playing support in ranked leaving carrying to randoms...
