i hate that...when they don't get the champ they want ...honestly there should be a stronger penalty for backing out in select for the people who are too petty to play a champ they don't like or even know anything about
I thought that was part of the fun with the game mode...
This game mode SUCKS. Not everyone wants to play the same champ, and when you get someone who locks in Singed or Garen, or even Lux(every god damn time.) It gets really old.
I feel they should bump the dodge timer up to 20 minutes as a first time dodge for the day, and a 2nd dodge of the day just locks you out of the mode for the rest of the day.

I've had a few queue dodgers... But I'd say the much bigger problem is people ragequitting and going afk if they start to lose. It's ruined about half of the one for all games I've played so far.
