a few ideas

a mode where you can create your own character, you choose from the existing database of everyone: the character looks (skin too if you own it), the type of character stats (tank/support/mage etc.), your passive, your three moves, and your ult, then you play! :)

i know the first thing people will say is there will be OP things, of course just as usual, just gotta make some rules and regulations :)

also custom items: each attribute point and passive/active could have a cost, so let's say i wanted to make an item that has ooohhhh 60 ap. each point of ap would cost (just throwing a random number out there) 5 gold. this would also obviously need some rules and regulations to avoid abuse.

a new map/game mode would be nice too [maybe hide and seek seeing as a lot of people like to play that, kind of like how aram was until you made it a mode, you'd make a lot of people happy with hide and seek, heck i don't even play it but i'd love to try it as a real mode] (with the increased starting level/gold and exp/gold gain)

IP gifting

find a use for all the excess IP that long-time players have, i go on twitch streams sometimes and look at thier IP and it's like hundreds of thousands maybe even millions. they've earned all this and have nothing to spend it on, now that's no fun.

new max level.

also, the amount of champions in each role are not balanced, there needs to be a lot more supports for example (the category with the least) so that everyone has a nice selection to choose from!

oh and another thing!! please make a higher difficulty of bots! a LOT of people play bots including myself sometimes. i have something you could possibly do, go to lolpro.com or solomid.net and use pro builds for thier item builds.
