Minion Health Bar size

This isnt really about the new VU for SR but can we get an option to adjust minion's health bar size??

Currently, what happens in the live server is, if u set the resolution low, then the minion health bar size becomes big and that is the only way to make the minion health bars bigger.

I personally think it is easier to get last hits when the minion health bars are a bit bigger. However I do not want to force my self to use lower resolution because of this. I think there should be an option to adjust minion health bars.
