Team Builder Pre-Ban

I think that Team Builder needs a ban system, like a "ban list" you choose before you start entering the queue, and you join matches that do not contain said champions. By doing so, you can still get what you want from Team Builder, but not with all the champions you wanted to ban on the other team.
