new hud and sounds on summoners rift

is it just me? i hate the new hud and the pirate voiceover on summoners rift like i get the pirate on the new aram map but does it have to be on rift too? it makes it feel like im playing a game made for 12 year olds, i like that there is more of the screen now not blocked out by the old hud so i guess its got ups and downs, but still.....
