Turn Minions Off in Specific Lanes in Custom Games

It would be really nice if we could simply turn off the minion spawn to lanes that are not being used in custom games.

My friends and I like to challenge each other to a 1 v 1 with mid characters or top characters, but the game is always influenced by the creeps pushing the other lanes. We like using the 3's or 5's map to practice real game situations/mechanics (bushes, jungle movement, blue/red buff, going back to base) that are simply not available in the ARAM map.
