a proper game mode on dominion for hide and seek

hide and seek is so popular but it takes ages to start a game because everyone wants to hide and then when it does start just because a champion got banned a person starts to troll but gets no punishment so i think riot should make it a game and have different shops (no sunfire cape or GA)and just make it like a massive jungle without monsters and stop all trolling methods also have a kick vote for trolls so the team can just vote them off and continue playing
