Fix the ranking system

I love the new grading scale and believe this is what gaining/ losing LP should be based on. Sometimes it is impossible to carry your team to victory. I often end up with someone DC'ing on my team or someone is worse than their opposing laner and ends up feeding them uncontrollably. Ranks are personal so I believe how you gain or lose LP should be based on personal performance.
