Idea for a different take on "custom"

I've been playing other games and the best part of some of them was the idea for a truly "custom" game mode. When I started playing League, regular game modes were really fun and all but once I started to play more with friends and heard of URF, I came up with this idea.
SO Rito, For a the custom game mode, like when you create a custom game for 1v1's and parties and so on, would it be possible to create an option where you can tweak the amount of gold you start off with, what ability you begin playing as (level 1-18 and ability points and so on), and to toggle URF mode. I think this can open up so many possibilities where people can truly play with friends. Imagine this: You've played a ranked game recently or a stressful regular with toxic people and trolls and you just want to kinda relax a bit. So you call up a buddy and suggest getting a group together of just playing 1v1, when you get to custom game lobby/game creator you can adjust the amount of gold to start off with as 3300 gold so you can buy a major item first but with only one ability. Or maybe you give your champ all of the ability points but with only a minimal build to start out with. The possibilities are endless! Or maybe you want to relive the URF days with a friend. Now Rito, I know that URF took a lot of work for reworks/gameplay issues/etc. but since this should only be available in custom lobbies, would it take as much work? Also, since you guys re-released URF again this year, I feel as if though we should get a different game mode for the next. I didn't get to play for the first round of URF since I wasn't playing League but I have to say it was definitely very fun. I feel as if though this game mode would make League a much more fun an creative game than it is now. Also streamers and youtubers could use this to their advantage with new video ideas and all that Please comment on any problems or ideas you think I should take into consideration. Thanks!
