Being able to see Dragon spawn from blue side wall without vision of the dragon pit

One thing I noticed you guys mention on the stream is that the spawn animation for the Dragon will only be visible if you actually have vision on it.

One thing that I thought would be cool would be seeing the dragon spawn while on the blue side wall, this is more of a quality of life change possible but it would make sense for it to be visible.a

Of course one problem for that would be that it is unfair for purple/red side if blue side can see dragon spawn even if their map wasn't updated because of a sneaky dragon or something.

So to help with that the one condition that need to be met to see the animation is being aware that the dragon has not spawned yet or has been killed. For example, having vision of enemy team killing dragon and it also updates it both on the map and chat or when you check it and it was already taken. For those situations where the map will be updated to show that dragon is no longer available until next spawn you should be able to see it spawn from the blue side wall.

Sorry for my convoluted way of writing, I was not sure how to type this after thinking about it in my head hopefully you guys understand what I was trying to say.
