An optional mode for all maps

I play several custom games on all the maps. Such as Dodgeball, King of the scar, Ultimate Bravery, Draft Racing, Catch the teemo, and Hide and seek. Now there are some other custom games as well. But the thing is that these games only need one tiny modification to what ever map they are on to be troll proof (in draft racing if there are no minions or jungle creeps). this would improve the games so much.

All im saying is that if the host before the game began could possibly turn off the minion spawners. Or if another option was unlimited gold to try out new builds and now have to farm up till 40 minutes. Or disable towers in a lane. Or in domion be able to disable the ability to capture points ( for hide and seek and catch the teemo). These changes aren't that big and only one person would have control - the host.

I know its not a huge change coding wise but for people like me and the community who play custom games this makes a world of a difference. Let me know fi this idea is good or not because i want to see a change in the custom games.
