New Engine To Create New Content!

You know how it would be awesome if Riot added 1v1 Ranked or other maps? Well I got this thought of having engine to create our own maps and mods (Just like Dota 2). Just imagine Hide and Seek, RPG, Storylines, all of this would crisp up the idea of playing Custom Games or creating new content for others. Let Riot see this Post and actually do it! Only Downside... What would happen to people who enjoy playing Normal or Ranked games, would it lower or go up as for new Engine would interest bigger audience.
