Ranked Laning Mode, My idea!

Hello! First time posting and an idea just came to my mind....What if there was a special Ranked mode...where you take a specific lane and your champion against another champion of the same role on the same lane, some kind of....a new Ranked Game mode, a 1v1!

There has been something not much different from the mode im trying to explain...there was a 1v1 mode back in 2013 on the Howling Abyss, but this is different, im talking about a new ranked game mode where you go top (for example) against another top and the first one to destroy the outer turret, or both the outer and the inner to make it last a little bit more; wins! the same with Mid, and in the case of Bot, you can call your (support/adc) partner and make it a 2v2! only the lane you have chosen would be available for the match, the rest of the map would be deactivated, like one big fog of war that doesn't let you get past through it.

Im thinking about this as something positive for those who really wanna test their skills in lane while early game.....it would let you see how truly good you are without having to depend on your teammates to secure victory (unless its a duo bot!) It would make people more interested into improving and testing their skills at an specific lane and prove how good they really are while depending on their own, and so making them more secure on choosing what lane they are going to take in the normal Ranked.

About the Ranking System....We can set it with a cap of Diamond 1 being the top (just not to make it too big)... and about the divisions..there can be 3 divisions per tier, aside of that, the LP and the Promotion system would remain the same. So it can be like (For example) "Bottom Lane actual Rank (2v2): Gold 1" "Top Lane actual Rank (1v1): Platinum 3" "Middle Lane actual Rank (1v1): Silver 1", and of course, the amount of LP that tell if you are either close to be promoted, or not.

Sorry for the long post, I wanted to make this clear and understandable for everyone! I think it would be a great idea to show off your skills in lane at the start of the game without having to worry about anything else, just focusing on your lane, and your opponent.
