Role Incentives

I think it would be a pretty good idea to add some sort of incentive for choosing a role in team builder that is in need. Finding a certain role, support for instance, can occasionally take in upwards of 10 minutes to find. If there were an incentive, say an ip boost, for a needed role, then there is the potential for teams to be formed much faster. Good idea?
