This situation begins with Myself and Friend 1 already in champ select, and Friend 2 online and logged in.

Friend 1: "Ok what are we banning?" Friend 2: "Wait, what? I wanted to go with!" Myself: "I thought he was in the queue?" Friend 1: "Oh, he was online? Crap. I forgot to invite him." Myself: "Look, it's cool, I'll dodge this and we'll invite him in." Friend 2: "Thanks, man."
