New summoners rift mayjor FPS drops

Yeah i was playing the new summoners rift and it looks cool and all but i have a laptop that barely runs L.O.L as it is. i have my FPS capped at 25 and on the older rift it stays are 18-25 on medium settings but when i play the new one the highest fps it goes is is like 3-10 on the lowest settings and it makes the game laggy and i cant play, and i dont really want to have to uninstall and quit if this is how the game will be when the map has to be played because i love this game and ive put alot of money into this game.

Please someone from riot can you help me? maybe give me some tips on how to maximize my fps so i can play
