Bots in PvP in Twisted Treeline??

Reposting since it was deleted from help and support (I wanted help and support from Riot, not other players simply saying yes I noticed this)

Anyone else notice the bots, or purposefully unskilled players, in Twisted treeline?

Their names are always like "Chloe VS John" or "Anthony OK Alan". Different names with a 2 letter capital in the middle. I have blocked like 15 of these names. They sit in the base until, or after, minions spawn and any time they die for a prolonged period of time and also barely help during your games. This always results in them being several levels lower than the rest of the real players. They also generally won't run away when being attacked and will stay until you kill them (rarely you will get one that acts like a real player) May times they will also sit in the middle bush for a prolonged period of time. I have noticed several times at the start of the game WHILE in the base they 'return to base' with their recall at the start of the game also.

The only reason I'm unsure if they're bots if because I had one ONCE that said "gj" to me after a good kill.

PLEASE fix this issue. It's so frustrating to basically be 1 v 3 or 1 v 2 based on how many bots are on each team.
