Ranked TeamBuilder Suggestion

I'm not sure if this has been suggested or covered in the past but I've seen a lot of questions as to how would bans work and when would people go through that faze of champ select. what I was thinking is instead of having it where you pick your champion, then position/role and then que up, Instead have it to where you can pick your position/role then que for Ranked Draft mode with your position and role already picked (normal bans and drafts play out the same as it is now you just enter champ select knowing where you are going versus pick order)
