Dear Riot,
please remove the summoner level requirements on fun gamemodes like Nemesis Draft. I play League every now and then, so I'm not yet Lvl 20. I especially enjoy featured gamemodes. After reading about Nemesis Draft on the Newspage, I was pretty excited. I'm disappointed I can't use it now. Why would you put such a requirement on this gamemode?

Nemesis draft is not a game mode for beginners, nor is it a "quick and dirty fun mode". It's actually pretty deep, that's why Riot has set such a high level limit.
Completly agreeing on that... Even though it would be pretty rough to play when you end up on a smurf... (Most players overall games mecanics and can play most champions at a certain level (Even though they never played them))
But yeah, seeing more stuff for beginners would be a great thing imo.
