I was just looking through game modes and noticed that the Battle Training is no longer there. I checked the patch notes and couildnt find any mention of this removal, and I know it was within the last month because every now and then I'll play a game to wind down and see how fast i can beat a particular score.
Is this intentional? Why wasnt there a patch note about it?
They are probably going to replace it with a tutorial that actually teaches you something instead of battling bots that stay still and let them kill you, and don't defend mid until you already killed their nexus.
I played the Strife tutorial few days ago. It teaches 1000% more than LoL. Bots actually take objectives there, adjust to lanes, and you don't get interrupted every 5 seconds because the game thinks you have a lot of gold or should recall.
Some follow-up from Riot would be great on this; If anyone who is not already a MOBA player decides to try LoL they need dumb bots who don't take objectives before they go into custom games or Co-op.
