A new Mode in my mind

I am a gold 4 league player. last weekend my friend argued with me cuz my Amumu missed Q and made him got killed. I think people all miss abilities sometimes and I prefer a mode which all champions have double abilities wide and 1.5 times abilities range. Then we would hardly ever miss abilities.
