Suggestion: give advantages to ARAM players with more champions. More dice rolls maybe?
I have all champs in my main account(another country) and only play ARAM there, but most of the times no one has champions to trade(even Nami), probably a bunch of smurfs like my friend just created one.
What other incentives you think players should have to not smurf in ARAM?

I was so sick of playing Sion. It's like I get the same set of champions randomly all the time. Sion, Singed, and Rumble. Give me someone else once in awhile ;=;
