I really love the new summoners rift and the new Baron design but after looking at a Dragon fight (In my opinion at least) i saw how dragon abilities and attacks were actually more epic than Barons. Its look beautiful in not going to lie but in my eyes it could be way more epic. I would a baron that the attacks actually frighten you, that you would need to think twice before going in. Its just my opinion.
I'm kind of inclined to agree. Baron has a good array of abilities, but he spends most of his time chucking a relatively unimpressive (if high damage) autoattack. Dragon's stuff is all AOE, and feels more generally powerful.

My Idea is that you could have Baron deal the same dmg but have different head/tails spreading out the dmg into more attacks then a green lob.
I Feel the baron fight needs more weight to him. When i think he needs to be more epic it brings me back to a post i saw a while ago about weightiness with attacks. I don't feel baron has much weight to him when he activates his abilities or shoots his green balls, it Feels like a minion could be doing it. Despite being visually big and epic.
he needs those 3 other snake like body head thingys to come out of the ground and fight maybe even grab a champion and throw them to make it really epic.

I second this, the fight in twisted treeline against Vilemaw is epic, and has raid boss like functions where you need to side step. (Dont stand in fire) concept is fun, especially since we already dodge aoe effects from other champions. why not incorporate it to the baron. it would also make for EPIC fights for baron!
I think Baron is rather frightening right now. I sat there waiting for him to spawn and I wasn't really looking at it and he spawned and the animation with the sounds scared the hell out of me xD
However, I think that Thales has a good point with the AoE of Dragon feeling more powerful. Although personally, the tentacles coming out of the ground right now are already slightly frightening for myself :S
maybe they could add tentacles coming from the water and walls
or they could make it come up then slither around the pit before coming to a halt to attack u
