GREAT IDEA FOR RIOT: CREATE A LAN GAME MODE

Guys, ever tried playing with a friend you knew but just can't bear your ping and the lag spikes? So here's my idea, Riot should make a new game mode where people can join games from local networks just like COD and Minecraft. So what do you guys think about this idea?
