Gamemode Specific Summoner Icons

Dear Rito, im sure that you guys may already have an answer for this and are working on it as i type this out. but is there a way you could make things such as Finishers or using a unique poro in Poro King NOT use a summoner icon? because i've grown quite attached to my christmas urf ever since i got it and i never like using anything else, even if it does give my poro a moustache or make my enemies die in a gory Urfsplosion. (i love that damn manatee)

and while we're on the subject, about a year or so ago (whenever SG Udyr came out) i asked if there was a way that i could use one of my unique Udyr profile banners WITHOUT the use of the summoner icon, mainly for the exact same reason. a Rioter (im sorry i forgot which one im bad with names) said it was in the works, i was curious if that was still a thing in development or dropped completely.
