Ranked Champion Select Issue I had.

So, I queued up for a ranked solo game. Well, I got into champion select, had third pick. Not mad but when it was time to pick for the guy above me, the timer ran out and I couldn't do anything. The countdown went away and everything froze. I couldn't talk in chat and I later got kicked for not picking a champ. I understand there are some issues here but my only complaint is that I have to wait five minutes to requeue. I mean, I didn't do anything intentionally wrong but still getting punished. Just question if you guys can look into it? Thanks.
