Team Builder search role selection

Would it be possible to get the option to specify something like "Not Marksman" when searching for individual players in Team Builder? Quite often I find myself kicking out multiple marksmen queued players and suffering time penalties because I haven't specified Tank or Support or Mage for the bot lane support spot.
