Out of my experience, I believe there are a few champions that need to just be straight up disabled
These being: Sona Vladimir Fizz Talon Rengar Zed (arguable)
Zed has some counterplay, but the others are instant oneshot/non-targetable/overheal. The rest can be banned out.

Tsk, people are so biased about Sona but forget Nami. She does similar things, including a wider and farther range ult.
The point of this game mode is hardly any balance at all. Everything is pretty damn OP, and that's the point.
Hidden OP 
Remember that scary-ass burst combo that AP malph had, that could 100-0 several people at once and CC them at the same time? It's up every 15 seconds now.
I can tell you that vlad isn't OP. He can heal & pool himself, but he can't outsustain any melee/ranged aoe poke sitting on his face. If he kills you, then it's your fault. (I've killed vlad as AP wukong.)
Rengar isn't super strong too. Yi/Fiora and few other melees could make mincemeat out of him
Talon, his burst potential is similar to any (AD) assassin
Op or not I don't really care. Im just tired of seeing the same 15 champs over and over again. This is the reason I quit watching the LCS.
Shaco lacks counterplay. sure you can pick ward but when his shiv takes half your hp or more it doesnt really matter
