(Suggestion) 1v1 Queue

I think a lot of people have run into the problem, of not having enough time to play a full 30-40 minute game, but still wanting to play league, or just wanting to 1v1 people in custom games to prove that you are better than them. Well, what if Riot made a 1v1 queue, in which you would queue up against someone that is your ELO (from ranked), and 1v1 them using 2 random champions that Riot would pre-check to make sure that that 1v1 would be a still matchup, for example rather than Akali v Fiora, Yasuo vs Zed, or Le Blanc vs Ahri. This would both give people something to do for 15 minutes on league rather than 30, and be a fun way to test your skill in 1v1's rather than getting carried in ranked games.
