Optionalisation ~ New Game Mode Idea (Customise your champs' skills!)

I've been playing League of Legends for approximately 3-4 years and due to the new game modes that you are releasing, I'd also like to make a suggestion for a gamemode that you could introduce. It may be a little hard to process but I think that it would be very popular and have a phenomenal response. I would call it 'Optionalisation' or some kind of other interesting thing that you creative people can think of :). Basically all you do before the game starts is you pick a champ and gain their respected stats that they usually begin with. You then pick what skills you want to have for the game but these spells are chosen from any other champion's kit. HOWEVER, they cannot have all their chosen spells as an 'Ultimate' spell as this would create too much balance disruptions in the game way too much. I believe that this would promote your amount of popularity for a short while and could possibly make you a really well known game after this event is done. I would also like to suggest that Miggygamer had shared this thought of idea with me and we are only sending one request to you. So credits to him :). Please take this into consideration. I hope you guys like this idea! :)

I dislike it due simply to the fact that you might create lineups that are frankly too overpowered.

Such as mixing a Singed q with a Taric e, and Teemo e + r.

Seriously toxic. Mordekaiser

If it's going to be where you choose abilities, the champion you pick is limited to only specific ones so it doesn't overpower them. If someone were to come up with the most overpowered lineup of abilities, that would be the most used and would really take the fun out of it.

I smell a DOTA... Would be nice to have it on League though
