Why is morellonomicon not available on brawlers?
Seems like all the other regular summoner's items are there except this one?

RetroRage961 votesThere are other items that do pretty much the exact same thing from the Black Market. Same build path, same stats, different passive.
Tadluos1 votesGrievous wounds is pretty unique to that item. Makes it much harder to fight enemies like swain and the like.
