New Game Mode Request

Riot, Can you make a game mode where a player can customize his champion skills from previously existing champs? For example, i would choose Lucian's q, piercing light, then lulu's w, next viktor's e- the deathray, and fioras ult. The way it would work is that there is a screen in champ select where each player picks his q ability from all of the champs, then w, then a q, and lastly a ult. I know that some spells would be banned because they are op or kit reliant ( like urgots e ability) but for the most part i think this game will be very interesting in terms of what new champion kits summoners can come up with. As for the visuals, there can be a base model used for all champs, or there can be a combination of the four champs whose spells you chose from. this would be determined like so: whoevers q you chose would make up the chest, the w would be the waist downward, the arms would be from the e, and the ult would determine the head. This would take a LOT of coding, but i am just providing this idea to work with if you chose to do so. I'm fairly confident that this game mode would almost be as popular as URF mode after release, but it may be too unrealistic to make, which is what i thought as first.
