Blind Pick vs. Team Builder

Riot, having both a blind pick and a specific team builder is crippling the Que time for Team Builder. I don't remember having fun scrambling to call a lane that i might not get. I remember the most toxic people being in blind pick. Team builder is not being played enough to a point that waiting for a Jungler or a Support is annoying. If we could simply remove blind pick everyone would play Team Builder for Summoners Rift and the wait time wouldn't be a problem. The REASON most people aren't playing TB is b/c of the wait time, how backwards is that? (In playing blind pick you are making the TB wait time worse) I mean, League of Legends is about teamwork and having to fight your OWN teammates for a role in the first 5 seconds of you being together does not help that aspect of the game.
