Underused Champion Modes

TL; DR make a mode for Summoners Rift in which the top picks are banned to get some rare picks played, get experience with new team comps or even create a new meta. @Riot: the information you got from this mode could also help you guys massively with getting a more balanced "standard" summoner's rift metagame!

Hi people,

Today i had a (imo) pretty cool idea when playing Pokemon online. I don't know who many of you are familiar with competitive Pokemon play, so i'll shortly explain how this works: Nintendo is obviously not able to do patches to buff or nerf certain Pokemon to create a balanced meta game. So the community started to sort the Mons into usage based tiers, namely Ubers, OverUsed (OU), UnderUsed (UU), RarelyUsed (RU) and NeverUsed (NU), each representing an own metagame and having a ladder for it's own. The most imbalanced Mons (stuff like Mewtwo and Ho-Oh) can only be played in Ubers, the second strongest Mons (e.g. Starmie or Charizard) belong in OU, going on like this down to NU. Fact is, the higher the tier, the more centralized the metagame in this tier is. Check out Pokemon Showdown and/or Smogon University for more!

So, back to topic: My idea was to create a UU mode with the 40 most picked champions being automatically banned. The thing is that these top picks have a huge impact on today's metagame while others are very rare in the rift. To decentralize the game and get other champs, team comps and even strategies going, i would suggest doing a mode without the following (19. Vayne, Thresh, Jinx, Tristana, Leona, Yasuo, Blitzcrank, Lee Sin, Morgana, Master Yi, Braum, Lucian, Ahri Lux, Caitlyn, Xin Zhao, Annie, Zed, Diana, Garen, Ekko, Malphite, Ezreal, Fizz, Nautilus, Gnar, Graves, Vi, Jax, Riven, Ashe, Janna, Alistar, Rengar, Irelia, Shyvana, Sivir, Vladimir, Cho'Gath and Fiora.

This list would of course need to be updated, since in this mode there still would be strong and weak picks and even standard Summoners Rift changes.
